Building a global champion
On August 1, 2025, we closed the largest acquisition in the history of the Bosch Group by acquiring the HVAC business for residential and light commercial buildings from Johnson Controls and Johnson Controls-Hitachi Air Conditioning. With these three strong teams from around the globe joining forces, we embarked on a path to create a Climate Comfort Champion – the Bosch Home Comfort Group. We are in the midst of transforming our organization and succeeded in building a strong base of a new champion to grow globally.
